YOUNG NOLA - The tones and flavours we concentrate on come from a blend of cultures that sharesreole origin. From West Africa, to the French Caribbean, honed in south Louisiana, perfected in New Orleans. Cajun- cajun - and more Caun? Well not quite. As much as we love The Cajun flavor we tend to keep the blend as inclusive and diverse within boundaries our ancestors permit.

Whether it be the quality of the Steak or Freshness of their Prawn and Crayfish, Young Nola head chef - Chef Kai prides himself on his love of, finding and working with the finest ingredients and tastiest produce. The same goes for his spice pallet, taking you through a journey in taste where the intensity and sharpness of sazon peers its head at times within the journey across the menu, balanced by the sweetness of our corn bread, which he has taken the sweet rather than traditional savoury route. Tastebuds prepare.

A Cajun take on a UK tradition. Expect the meat dishes to be fall off the bone tender and seafood to be deeply spiced and fresh from the ocean 🍗🐟❤️

Head Chef - CHEF KAI
Founder of Young Nola, Chef Kai's cooking is inspired by his time spent soaking up the art, culture and food of New Orleans, Chef Kai has a wealth of experience working in and serving the finest in Louisiana creole cooking. Chef Kai priding himself on the uniqueness of sourced ingredients and his to the book cooking methods - helping to maintain the authenticity of Creole + Cajun cooking. Bringing you a memorable left-field experience of culture and cuisine.
