CLF Co-Manager Steven Agrippa aka DOM is the brains behind our expansive range of truly delicious Original Cocktails and our diverse Drinks Menu. With over a decade of experience behind the bar and at the shakers, Doms love of experimentation - where he brews his own Syrups - Scotch Bonnet to Chili, fruits and spices - passion fruit to fresh watermelon via Orange Blossom + Rosemary and blends them with the finest spirits and liqueurs - to create Cocktails that always delivers on taste and goes down the way it's supposed to, Smooooooothe with a "Peckham Punch" - The PP one of Doms favourite creations and an In-House Classic at The Lounge. 🍸🥂❤️
