Acts that you might not have heard of (yet) but will definitely be big names on the JAZZ landscape in the near future. All acts bringing pure jazz fire alongside your host and local legend GW JAZZ. 🔥🔥🔥

GABRIEL DEDJI - Artist on stage around 9pm, playing 2 live sets

Multi-talented, multi-faceted North London native Gabriel Dedji is a young creative phenom. An accomplished multi-instrumentalist, bandleader, published author, actor, creative facilitator and a leader at only 21 years old, innovating his own world within London’s hot bubbling music & art scene.

A precocious talent, he has been performing his original work across the UK, playing venues as diverse as Brighton’s Soho House and Birmingham NEC and has featured on ITV News and BBC Radio London for his creative exploits.

Boasting a rigorous education from members of award winning collectives Ezra Collective and KOKOROKO on his musical journey thus far, the young star in the making is well on the way to crafting his own path as a rising star on the city’s sonic landscape.

GW JAZZ

Gordon Wedderburn is one half of the couple behind GW Jazz, a grassroots organization supporting Jazz, particularly emerging talent in London. Through his live event residencies, radio show, selector/dj activities and clothing brand, they’ve collaborated with and supported some of the biggest names on the London Jazz scene including, Sons of Kemet, Camilla George, Zara McFarlane, Ben Hayes, Nubiya Garcia, Moses Boyd, Lokkhi Terra, Dele Sosimi, Robert Mitchell, Collocutor, Tomorrow’s warriors and Ezra Collective.
