THE ROOM PRESENTS THE ELECTRIC LOUNGE - Thu Sep 21 (8pm-12am/Free Entry) - Progressive, experimental Audio Studio & Collective THE ROOM presents THE ELECTRIC LOUNGE. An eclectic monthly session dedicated to progressive, pioneering audio, surfing deep between the cracks of jazz, hip hop, electronica and way beyond Live, deep in the Lounge, Free Entry at The CLF Art Lounge & Roof Garden.   Continuing with two stunning electronic artists, featuring South London based Musician, Producer & Songwriter TONE and looping, triggering, sampling and resampling, multi-instrumentalist and producer MARK CAKE, all (LIVE) and very direct.

TONE (Live)

Real name Basil Anthony Harewood is a South London based Musician, Producer & Songwriter, a CURL collective member and half of the short-lived punk-duo, Farai.
 With a mixtape already under his belt, one that he says was thrown together on a whim; the South-London based musician released his debut album “So I Can See You” via Rhythm Section on March 4th 2022.

MARK CAKE (Live)

By looping, triggering, sampling and resampling, multi-instrumentalist and producer, Mark Cake, meanders between improvisation and structured songs. Combining sub basses, warped drum beats and live sax, Mark Cake straddles the line between jazz, electronic and dance music.

Be ready for this. Electronic Experimentation at it’s finest!
