Sun Jul 23 - (1pm-8pm / free entry) We continue our weekly good time rooftop Live & DJ excursion, A WHOLE BRUNCH OF SOUL - This week presented and programmed by THE RISING SUN COLLECTIVE. Your Host and spectacular entertainer REMI MARTIN (Live + DJ) joined by a trio rising soul talent - AKIN SOUL (Live), SIDDERS (Live) and The Solstice Collective DJ JAMIE. The quartet of stunning south London artists coming together to drop an (all afternoon long), strictly good time session up on the roof, free entry at The CLF Art Lounge & Roof Garden.

Part of our weekly Sunday Soul Brunch sessions where we invite you to sit back, eat, drink, relax and/or dance to a diverse range of soul in all its forms. Soul to afro, motown to funk, jazz to hip hop and way beyond. All righteously served and performed for your absolute Sunday afternoon listening, eating and get down pleasure!

AKIN SOUL (LIVE)

Born in Dallas, Texas, Akin Soul is a 21-year-old jazz and soul singer, multi-instrumentalist & songwriter from South East London who plays keys, guitar and trombone. Raised on a diet of Marvin Gaye, Stevie, Quincy, Lalah & Donny Hathaway, Amy & Corinne Bailey Rae... In 2018 Akin founded the 12 piece band - Akin Soul & The Soul Tribe who have gone on to perform across London at Glastonbury, We Out Here Festival, Brainchild Festival, Love Supreme, All Point's East, Brainchild, Great Escape.

SIDDERS (LIVE)

2016 was where it all began at the Roundhouse and summer school at the Brighton Dome. Playing instruments soon evolved into free-styling with friends and recording demos. After trading his xbox for a mic SIdders grew an audience on SoundCloud by dropping ‘Kyoshi Driftin’ and ‘Northwest’. His music journey became official when he collaborated with artists such as Natty Wylah, Bone Slim, Mac Wetha and Carl Blarx alongside performances in Manchester, Leeds,

DJ – JAMIE (Soulstice Collective)

Co-Chief of The Soulstice Collective, Jamie Joy (real name Jamie Oyebode) is starting to make a name for himself in the London scene. With a style rooted in all things black and African, his sets range from Afro-funk, right through to pumping soul and gospel house.

REMI MARTIN (Host/Live/DJ)

25-year-old Remi Martin, curates residencies in the artistic hubs of Hackney and Peckham, showcasing his immense talent and refining his skills since graduating from Goldsmiths, University of London. Currently holding his second year residency at the renowned CLF Art Lounge, Remi's sets are a fusion of contemporary soulful music and infectious throwback disco/house records.
