3 UP, 2 DOWN (LIVE) - Band stage around 9pm, performing 2 live sets

3 Up, 2 Down: house, grime, garage, DnB, uniquely performed by a chordless quintet equipped with lyrical pyrotechnics. Electric sousaphone, drum kit, samples, horns & vocals make for a truly original sound and a non-stop set that'll take you on a journey from Dub Phizix to Chase & Status, littered with red-hot bars and face melting improvisation.

3 Up, 2 Down (formerly known as dat Brass) are a distillation of the sonic influences of its members, blending old school cuts, bottom of the crate finds, & fresh refixes. The lineup showcases the fearless improvisation and electronic sorcery audiences have come to expect from dat Brass in a brand new format, with DnB, hip hop, and jazz all making an appearance in a set spanning decades both backwards and forwards in time.
